ARTCADRE SERVICE

• Each work is given with a certificate of authenticity
• Possibility of reserving a work with a deposit


• Possibility of divinding payment into several times without extra charge


• Possibility of buying works with or without frame (they are presented without frame on the website)


• Possibility of changing the work during 1 year for the same value


• Appointed price includes french taxes and are in euros (we refound taxes)
  

DELIVERY

• Works can be shipped in or out of France, or can be taken at our gallery (Art Cadre 24 rue Dauphine 75006 Paris).


• For delivery each work is shipped as soon as we receive payment (carriage forward) estimate following destination (we work with post office, Fedex, UPS,...).


• Concerning paintings and sculptures we will send you an estimate following your demand.
  Concerning unframed lithographs and books, shipping cost is 15 euros for France, 30 euros for Europe, 45 euros for the rest of the world


THE AGREEMENT

• Art Cadre undertakes to respect all the legal garanties.
  Bill of sale is under french law.
  For any dispute at law the “tribunal de commerce de Paris” will be the only competent authority.
• Any sum of money given to purchase a work is considered as a deposit. Then bill of sale is
  efficacious and Art Cadre can require its execution
• Transference of property is made when payment is total.
